  1. Right to rectify data 
    • The right to rectify data applies when the Customer's data is incorrect, in particular, because it was collected with errors or has changed. This right also includes the possibility of completing missing data.
    • A registered Customer of the service may correct his/her personal data in his/her Profile by himself/herself at any time.

    • Any Customer, in accordance with Article 17 of RODO, may at any time submit a request for deletion of his/her personal data, addressed directly to the Administrator

    • The Administrator may refuse to grant a request for deletion in cases provided for by law, in particular when further processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under Union or national law or for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims.
    • Any customer may delete their account at any time in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Deletion of the account is not equivalent to deletion of data, as mentioned above. In the event of deletion of the account, the Administrator shall, after deletion, process the personal data for 6 years counted from the date of termination of the agreement on the provision of electronic services for the purpose of fulfilling tax obligations (in accordance with Article 74 of the Accounting Act) and establishing, investigating or defending against possible claims (provided that the User has made a purchase in our online store).

  1. The Administrator uses systems for automated decision-making, including in the form of profiling, however, this will not have any legal effect on our Customers or similarly significantly affect them.
  2. Profiling of personal data by the Administrator consists in the processing of data (including by automated means), by using it to evaluate certain information, in particular to analyze or forecast the personal preferences of our Customers.
  3. Information obtained as a result of automated decision-making, including profiling, will only be used to tailor our marketing activities to the needs and preferences of our Customers.
