Returns and complaints

Pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), a buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract of sale without providing a reason within 14 days from the date the buyer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the buyer takes possession of the item.

In order to withdraw from a contract concluded on millymally.pl, a declaration of intent should be made by writing to the e-mail address: sklep@millymally.pl

The buyer can use the withdrawal template provided below.
